Common Questions
How do I enable the VirtualBestie keyboard?
Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → VirtualBestie. Then tap VirtualBestie and enable "Allow Full Access" so the keyboard can sync your snippets.
The keyboard won't load my content
Make sure "Allow Full Access" is enabled in Settings (see above). Then open the main VirtualBestie app once to trigger a sync. Fully closing and reopening the keyboard host app (Messages, Mail, etc.) usually resolves it.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your snippets, folders, and team memberships.
I didn't receive the confirmation email
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, email support@virtualbestie.app from the address you used to sign up and we'll get you sorted.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@virtualbestie.app with a description of what happened, your iOS version, and a screenshot if possible.
