By using VirtualBestie, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use VirtualBestie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or contains malware.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in VirtualBestie. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and your team members.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (where offered) renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your payment provider. Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
